What is the PawPoints Loyalty Program?

Short answer? Earn a discount for supporting small business!! The long answer: You earn 5 PawPoints for every order your place with MP&C. Once you get 15 PawPoints, you qualify for 15% off your next order (all products are eligible). Additionally, if you subscribe to our website you can earn 50 (that's right FIFTY!) PawPoints to spend on your future orders.
How do I take care of my tag?

Our tags, especially the copper ones, require care to keep up with your pet's adventures longer. Gently hand wash with warm water and soap to get off any dirt.
If I see something I like, but want it slightly more customized, what do I do?

Simply go to our "Contact" page and fill out an inquiry with your idea! We will message back as soon as we can and help you make your vision come to life.
My pet's tag broke... what do I do?

While we are not responsible for any lost, broken, or damaged tags, we do not want your pet to be without identification! Simply reach out to us on our "Contact" page and we will discuss options for a new tag.
