Our tags, especially the copper ones, require care to keep up with your pet's adventures longer. Gently hand wash with warm water and soap to get off any dirt.

While we are not responsible for any lost, broken, or damaged tags, we do not want your pet to be without identification! Simply reach out to us on our "Contact" page and we will discuss options for a new tag.
